The Harmful Effects of the Sun

Everyone who goes outside is unprotected from the harmful UV rays of the sun. Staying for a long time in the exposure of sun can be harmful. It is essential to know the harmful effects of sun exposure.

Before stepping outside don’t forget to apply sunscreen. It must be applied 20 mins. before going out and after swimming or heavy sweating. You can also protect yourself by eating proper diet, keeping yourself hydrated, wearing +UV filtering sunglasses, full sleeves clothes or a brimmed hat. If you are going to be outside for long time, sit under a cover of a building, an umbrella or a tree that has shade underneath.
